For over twenty years, Mr. Stavropoulos has provided legal counsel to small and mid-sized businesses in the southern California area and beyond. Complimenting this legal experience is a strong background in business operations. As manager of a commercial products enterprise for over six years, Mr. Stavropoulos was an integral part of its daily operations, including employee relations, account management, and ultimately the sale of the business. As general counsel in the oil and gas industry, his tasks included identifying and advising on legal issues in all departments, including operations, sales, human resources, and engineering.

Expanding his services beyond litigation, Mr. Stavropoulos completed his advanced studies in mediation, and conducted both private and pro-bono mediations for disputes ranging from commercial landlord-tenant disputes to business ownership negotiations.

Mr. Stavropoulos has always been active in his community. He currently sits as one of the founding members of the alumni committee for The Chandler School in Pasadena. Previously, he was Treasurer for St. Anthony's Greek Orthodox Church in Pasadena, and was an active member and secretary for the Pasadena Rotary Club. He has been a guest lecturer at FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Technology), Pasadena City College, and Woodbury University in Burbank, as well as a contributing author of numerous legal articles to web sites.
